Custom & Personalized Orders

All customized, made-to-order, or personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, names, or design details before submission.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or holidays. Enhanced Empire is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery for eligible items in unused, original condition. Custom or final sale products are non-returnable. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.
