Return/Refund/Damage Policy
We appreciate your purchase with Enhanced Empire. Each product we offer is thoughtfully curated to deliver quality, craftsmanship, and elegance. Please review our policy below before making your purchase.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

All return requests must be submitted via m.young@enhancedempire.com within the 7-day window.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for shipping the product back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Final Sale Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This includes custom art, personalized accessories, and any products created specifically to your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at m.young@enhancedempire.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
