We aim to ensure every order is processed and delivered with the care and precision that define Enhanced Empire. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • All standard, non-custom orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may require 7–14 business days of production time before shipping.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized products are Final Sale and require additional processing time. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order. Changes cannot be made once production begins.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Enhanced Empire is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at m.young@enhancedempire.com with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
